Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using SimStudio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
License to use the software
Subject to these terms and payment of any applicable fees, SimStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your own hardware, tied to the license key issued to you. Sharing a license key across machines beyond what your license tier allows is not permitted.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features (streaming, AI swing analysis, extended history) require a paid subscription, billed and processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Subscription terms (billing cycle, cancellation, auto-renewal) will be finalized and detailed here before billing goes live.
Refunds
Refund terms will be published here before checkout goes live. Nothing in this draft should be relied on as a refund commitment yet.
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer or redistribute the software.
- Don't circumvent license validation or hardware-fingerprint checks.
- Don't use the app in a way that violates GSPro's or any third-party platform's (YouTube, Twitch) own terms of service.
Disclaimer of warranties
SimStudio is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every simulator, camera, or streaming setup.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimStudio and its developers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost streams, recordings, or session data.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke a license for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and request account/license closure at any time.
